For those who would have amazingly liked to attend but where never invited!

Ida, you were most of my life growing up and I wasn't even invited to attend.  I took lessons from you for 15 years (AT LEAST) and you were one of the most contributing factors of my life....but wasn't even invited...no one even tried to contact me.  Do you remember 'Send In The Clowns'?  Who am I?  I'm sorry to have missed this historic event, but don't blame me(and I don't blame you)...blame the 'choreographers' ...Am I sad?? HUGELY....Am I disappointed??Extremely!!   How hard did your people really try...  I am EXTREMELY capable of delivering an 'undissapointing or embarassing performance' and would have absolutely loved the opportunity to do so?  How many of your class from 1970 to 1987 performed for you???  I can still do all my splitz, wrap my legs behind my head (at 40+) my ariel carwheel and even a one handed valdez.  I KNOW you rewrote the acro syllabus (sp)!!  I cry... because know one even tried to make this monumentous event available to me...even just to watch, even if I wasn't a dancer in the show!  I gave my formative years to you.

Do you ever remember saying, "if you have to think twice about someone (of the opposite gender) then it's not right"?

I lived by that...I'm very disheartened by this whole charade that was put on for you...

I truly got you ...and wasn't even invited..

If you don't know who I am...then I guess I wasn't very memorable!

So sad, and freeing for me..

Thank you and have a Sunshine day! :)

I will love you always and try to understand all our limitations...

Signed 'A work in progress'  --ya know it's never too late!  :)))))

Thank you and God Bless!

ALWAYS, dance like there's no one watching!

I must apologize for my embarassing posting...I was extremely hurt and disappointed to have missed such a milestone.  I don't even know what was done to celebrate the event, in my mind I had assumed (yes I know what assuming does -and it did to me-bit me there actually)that it would have been a tribute throught the years by having dancers put together a show especially for you, as you had choreographed HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of wonderful shows and routines.

Again I am VERY sorry and am hugely humiliated by my reaction at finding out I missed something that I'm sure was wonderful.

Regretfully yours,

Becky

Don't worry darling...what I heard from your message is your passion for dance.

Hello Becky ... I do remember you and I flew in from Florida for the event..It was memorable and touching and I am sure you would have been there had you known.. So you still are gumby girl !! You could always twist like a pretzel and glad to hear you are living a great life...Fondly, Sharon Wainman (Yerrid)
